GENERAL INFO:
We ship most orders with our shipping partner UPS. We ship with the 48 contiguous states. Any order requests shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please calls for revised shipping prices.
We also include a Free Gift with purchases of Baby Shower items (included are items found in the baby shower supply and gift sections) as a “Thank You” for ordering with us.

PO BOX INFO:
Unfortunately, UPS is not permitted to deliver to PO Boxes, so therefore we Do Need a physical address for all orders shipping out. There are no shipments to PO Boxes, if a PO Box address is given – that order, unfortunately will be delayed until we can verify a correctly physical address for the delivery.
APO / FPO SHIPMENTS
APO & FPO orders, we do make the exception to ship to our proud and brave US Military Personnel, and use the US Postal Service. Due to the time and restrictions on these orders by the USPS, unfortunately Rush orders are not an option – and orders can be delayed a day or two before shipping out (due to shipment and documentation requirements) Please allow extra time for these orders. Thank you to all our Troops!!

We here at Babies First Choice proudly ship using UPS. Most orders ship from our 22,000 sq ft store in California.
Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 4pm EST (1pm PST) ship out the same day (exception - Baby Bedding orders normally ship in 2-4 weeks - if needed sooner please call us!) We offer different UPS shipping options for your delivery needs and have supplied a UPS Ground/Standard (average) delivery time guideline below:
West Coast - 2-3 business days / Southwest - 3-4 business days / Midwest - 4-5 business days / East Coast - 5-6 business days
** UPS / FedEx - Do Not count the day the order is picked up in Transit Time calculation and do not have regular weekend deliveries . ** (If a Saturday Delivery is needed - avaliable only for a special pre-arranged Next Day Air shipment– we can (sometimes) arrange for a special UPS Next Day Air Saturday delivery, IF NEEDED - please call for shipping arrangements and prices.)
For Faster ‘RUSH’ Shipping we offer:
UPS - 3 DAY / 2nd Day Air / Next Day options for those last minute 'RUSH' orders. If you are not sure about the method of shipping to choose for a ‘Rush’ order, please call us @ 866-814-2229
PO Box Orders: We, unfortunately, are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, please include a physical address.
REFUNDS, RETURNS and CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Babies First Choice Easy Return Satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase. You may return any unopened and unused item(s) for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less actual shipping charges and a 20% restocking charge.
Unfortunately, Fabric sold by the yard, Food items and Breast Pumps are Not Returnable.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which can be obtained by calling our offices at 866-814-2229. Returns without RAN number authorization will Not Be Credited. Please make sure and clearly mark the RAN on the box on any return shipments.
